We hope this email finds you well and excited for the upcoming pub crawl events organized by “It’s a Pub Crawl Thing.” We greatly appreciate your enthusiasm and support for our event.

However, we regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, we have encountered difficulties in confirming enough bars in most of the cities for the scheduled date. As a result, we find it necessary to reschedule the pub crawl to ensure that we can deliver the best experience possible.

We understand that this change may inconvenience some of you, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption to your plans. Our top priority is to offer an exceptional pub crawl experience, and we believe that postponing the event is the best course of action to achieve this goal.


Important Information:

  1. Refunds: If you would like to request a refund for your tickets, please email us at Support@itsapubcrawlthing.com with your full name and the city you registered for. Our support team will promptly process your refund request, and you will receive a confirmation once it’s completed.
  2. Ticket Transfer: If you are willing to join us on the rescheduled date once we have confirmed enough participating bars, you don’t need to take any action at this time. We will keep you informed via email, and as soon as the new date is set in stone, we will automatically send you your updated tickets.

We understand that this change may be disappointing, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to secure the best possible pub crawl experience for you.

To start the crawl you will need to check in at the location below. During the check in show the staff your ticket QR code (phone is best) and you will receive all your important swag and trivia rules. Your wristband which will be given to you at check in is your “ticket” to the discounted drinks. Every crawl is a little different, but the “Bar Crawl” section below you will see what venues are participating and what time each bar’s trivia will start.

TIME

Most of our crawls are a “shotgun” approach for the next bar after check in. We will start at the check-in location and you must go to each bar after checking in to complete the trivia questions. IN NO EXACT ORDER! In order to start the next set of trivia questions, YOU AND YOUR TEAM MUST VISIT A bar that is on the crawl in order to get the next Trivia link.
The reason for this is we have a ton of bars, drink specials, and other things going on, but we don’t have a set agenda. The reason we don’t have a bar 1, bar 2, bar 3 format, is because are crawls are so large many of the bars are not large enough for the whole group. That and for 500-1,000 people to show up to one bar at the same time, would mean you would wait for hour just to get one drink.

Trivia & Prizes

How does the Trivia Contest work?

There will be a total of 25-45+ cities participating in the trivia contest at the same time on the same day. Every team will be competing against every team in all cities. The top 100 Teams will win CASH and/or PRIZES!

When registering your team for the trivia (ON YOUR PHONE THE DAY OF THE CRAWL), BE SURE TO USE THE PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS OR YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DISQUALIFIED!

Each bar will have a different set of questions. Each bar’s trivia will start at different times.

YOU AND YOUR TEAM WILL HAVE UNTIL MIDNIGHT TO COMPLETE THE TRIVIA. At midnight, all trivia will be turned off and that’s when we start looking at the numbers to decide places. ALL WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY AFTER THE CRAWL.

Prizes include: COLD HARD CASH, Gift Cards from participating venues in your city, Tickets to future crawls, Trophies, Discount codes to future crawls, and other prizes to come.
